The NCBA Go Getter Internship Program is designed to provide fresh graduates with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment. Internship Program Requirements
The NCBA Go Getter Internship Program takes place over a period of eight months. To be considered for the program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Attained at least second class upper division in your undergraduate degree
- Scored a minimum of B- in KCSE, with at least a B- in both Mathematics and English
- Must have graduated within the last 12 months
Upon engagement, successful candidates will be required to provide copies and original certificates as proof of academic qualifications, including but not limited to high school and university certificates.
Interns will be placed in different departments based on their interests and qualifications, ensuring they gain relevant industry exposure. The program is structured to provide real-world banking experience while equipping interns with the necessary skills to enhance their employability.
Application Process and Deadline
Interested candidates are encouraged to apply early to ensure consideration for this competitive program. Applications will be accepted until February 23, 2025.
