Key Responsibilities:
Pre-op assessments & surgical checklists
Assisting in surgical procedures (scrubbing & circulating)
Ensuring safe patient recovery post-anesthesia
Coordinating theatre lists & maintaining accurate documentation
Upholding infection control & safety standards
Qualifications:
Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized institution.
Additional training as Perioperative Nurse a MUST.
Must be registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya with a valid practicing license.
Minimum of 3 or more years of nursing experience and one MUST be as perioperative.
