Job Description
Provide strong management and operational support to the Head CIB Operations by taking responsibility of and managing all aspects of Investor Services Operations Units across Stanbic Bank by leading the development and delivery of a comprehensive Investor Services Operations.
The role is responsible for driving and coordinating best quality client service standards, in alignment with the strategic direction of the organisation to achieve business goals alongside Client value and relationship management.
The job holder will be expected to provide overall strategic guidance and direction to the Investor Services Operations and will be charged with the responsibility to develop and implement bank- wide standards that include:
- Driving a client-centric culture.
- Enhance the focus on client experience and implement collaborative action plans that support the identification, design and definition of value-based customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business /Commerce
- Certified Custodian will be an added advantage
Experience
- At least 5-7 years of experience at middle/senior level management within a front-line function preferably Corporate Banking and Operations functions. Practical and deep knowledge of Investor Services and must be fully conversant with its associated risks and process improvement concepts.
- Strong leadership skills is a requirement
