To identify new business opportunities, Projects seeking Electronic Security solutions, building client relationships, and supporting senior sales staff in promoting and selling Electronic Security Solutions
Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Assist in generating leads and identifying potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Engage in cold calling, networking, and follow-ups to develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Support senior sales representatives in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide clients with Solution demonstrations and presentations.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Address client inquiries and support the sales process from prospecting to post-sale follow-up.
- Product Knowledge & Sales Support
- Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of security technology solutions including Parking Management systems, Fire detection systems, BMS systems, surveillance systems, access control, intrusion detection, and Scanning & screening equipment etc.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and client requirements.
- Support the senior sales team in delivering sales presentations and attending client meetings.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on lead conversion.
- Assist in coordinating sales and marketing campaigns.
Minimum Requirements and Competencies
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in technology or security solutions
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales will also be considered
- Basic understanding of security technology (CCTV, access control, alarms, perimeter security) is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Computer skills.
