Job Description
The Strategy Manager will be responsible for supporting corporate strategy development, market expansion initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Initiatives, this role will play a key part in shaping d.light’s long-term growth by defining strategic priorities, evaluating new business opportunities, and driving high-impact projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of d.light’s corporate strategy by identifying key growth opportunities.
- Analyze new market entry strategies, product expansion, and business model innovations.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry research to inform strategic decision-making.
- Identify, evaluate, and structure strategic partnerships to enhance d.light’s market presence.
- Conduct commercial due diligence and financial analysis on potential collaborations, acquisitions, and investments.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute high-priority initiatives.
- Develop business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with d.light’s long-term goals.
- Provide analytical support for strategic projects, including financial modeling and performance tracking.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience preparing executive-level reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for scaling businesses and driving impact in emerging markets.
