Job purpose
This Job is responsible for projecting and monitoring of the Company’s cash position, and coordination of daily update of cash ledgers.
Key Responsibilities;
i). Disbursing and recording all of the organisation’s petty cash transactions
ii). Cheque printing/writing
iii). Collecting and delivering of bank correspondence
iv). Preparation of daily petty cash reports
v). Receipting and banking of all cash received
vi). Keeping safe custody of cash office records and accountable documents
vii). Maintaining the daily system Foreign Exchange rates
viii). Preparation of cash reimbursement request
ix). Preparation of monthly and year end cash count certificate
Minimum Qualifications & Skills required
i). Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Business or related field from a
recognized institution
ii). Certified Public Accountant, CPA – Part II or ACCA Part II;
iii). A minimum of four (4) years relevant work experience.
