Develops and implements strategies for workforce training, career development, and employee performance assessment to enhance efficiency in county operations.

4. Principal Counsellor

Provides professional counseling services to county employees, implements mental health programs, and offers psychological support to improve workplace well-being.

5. Chief Business Enterprise and SMEs Officer

Leads initiatives to support business enterprises and SMEs, formulates policies for economic empowerment, and coordinates funding opportunities.

6. Director Employee Compensation & Benefits

7. Deputy Director – CEC Secretariat
