1. HEAD OF CORPORATE – KCB BANK UGANDA
Location: Uganda
Reporting to: Managing Director

Role Overview:
The Head of Corporate Banking will be responsible for formulating and executing the Corporate Banking strategy, driving business growth, and maximizing profitability. This role involves developing and managing corporate relationships while ensuring seamless synergy with other KCB Group entities to enhance the bank’s corporate portfolio within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for corporate banking growth and market expansion.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through targeted client acquisition and relationship management.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand and meet their financial needs.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to provide innovative financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with risk management and regulatory policies.
- Lead and mentor high-performance teams to achieve business goals.
2. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – COOPERATIVES, SACCOS & MFI
Location: Kenya
Reporting to: Head, Micro Banking

Role Overview:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing the Micro Finance Institutions (MFI), Cooperatives, and SACCOs portfolio. The role involves identifying customer needs, developing sector strategies, and providing tailored financial and non-financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the growth of Cooperatives, SACCOs, and MFI portfolios.
- Identify and analyze customer financial needs to offer appropriate banking solutions.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and industry players to enhance collaboration.
- Drive profitability and quality growth within the assigned portfolio.
- Provide insights on trends and market dynamics to shape product offerings and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
3. HEAD COUNSEL, GOVERNANCE & SHARED SERVICES
Location: Kenya
Reporting to: Group General Counsel

Role Overview:
This role leads a team responsible for governance matters and subsidiary shared services, ensuring the efficient coordination of board meetings, policy compliance, and legal support for subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee governance frameworks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate board meetings and maintain statutory records.
- Provide legal advice on governance and compliance matters.
- Develop and implement policies to support subsidiary shared services.
- Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals.
- Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and corporate best practices.
4. PRINCIPAL LEGAL COUNSEL, COMMERCIAL
Location: Kenya
Reporting to: Head Counsel, Commercial

Role Overview:
The Principal Legal Counsel will be responsible for managing a portfolio that includes contract negotiation, legal research, probate administration, and legal awareness training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and guidance on commercial transactions and contracts.

- Oversee probate administration and related legal proceedings.
- Develop and facilitate legal training programs for employees.
