1. Regional Mentor – Lower Central

Job Description:

  • Lead and mentor a team of field sales agents and sales executives to drive growth within the Lower Central region.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions to improve team productivity.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction and achieving high sales efficiency.
  • Work closely with the distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

2. Regional Mentor – Upper Nyanza

Job Description:

  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to field teams operating in the Upper Nyanza region.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive market penetration within the assigned territory.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and retail partners.
  • Oversee and support customer engagement activities, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Train, motivate, and inspire sales agents to exceed performance targets.

3. Regional Mentor – Upper Rift
