- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions.
- Assisting in case preparation and client briefings.
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
- Banking & Finance Law
- Supporting legal advisory services on banking regulations and financial transactions.
- Assisting in the structuring and documentation of financing arrangements.
- Conducting research on financial compliance and risk mitigation.
- Employment & Labour Law
- Assisting in reviewing and drafting employment contracts and policies.
- Providing support on workplace disputes and compliance matters.
- Researching emerging labour law trends and best practices.
- Real Estate & Property Law
- Conducting due diligence on property transactions.
- Drafting lease agreements, conveyancing documents, and related legal instruments.
- Assisting in property dispute resolutions and legal compliance matters.
- Intellectual Property & Technology Law
- Supporting trademark and patent registration processes.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing intellectual property agreements.
- Conducting legal research on data protection, privacy, and technology laws.

- Assisting in tax structuring and compliance advisory.
- Supporting litigation and dispute resolution in tax matters.
- Conducting research on emerging tax laws and regulations.
- Energy, Infrastructure & Projects Law
- Supporting legal advisory on public-private partnerships (PPPs) and infrastructure projects.
- Conducting due diligence and risk assessments for energy transactions.
- Assisting in drafting and negotiating contracts for major projects.

- Assisting clients in regulatory compliance for environmental laws.
