We are looking for experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executives with excellent networking and negotiation skills to join our Sales Department. If you have a passion for real estate and a talent for sales, this opportunity is for you!


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue sales opportunities by effectively presenting the benefits and key features of our properties.
Engage with new and existing clients, presenting and selling company products and services.
✔ Make calls, conduct product demonstrations, and brief clients on location, benefits, pricing, and payment options.
✔ Identify potential clients, schedule meetings, and arrange presentations with individuals, investment groups, and companies.
✔ Organize and conduct site visits to showcase available properties.
✔ Facilitate plot booking during site visits and follow up on prospects to close sales.
✔ Work closely with legal teams to prepare and process contracts, title transfers, and other required documents.
✔ Promote property sales through adverts, expos, exhibitions, site visits, and networking events.
✔ Maintain strong client relationships throughout the entire sales cycle and beyond.
✔ Provide weekly sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
✔ Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to offer strategic sales advice.
✔ Proactively search for new revenue opportunities and follow up on leads and referrals.
✔ Adhere to company policies and sales procedures at all times.


Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in real estate sales, particularly in land sales.
Minimum Diploma or Degree in a business-related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning, organizing, and networking abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet high sales targets.
Professional, trustworthy, and reliable in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and CRM databases.
