Key Responsibilities

As a Corporate Health Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Development: Secure new business directly or through intermediaries across all business channels to achieve set annual premium targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent customer service to intermediaries and clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
  • Retention and Renewals: Follow up on renewals for medical insurance business and service existing clients effectively.
  • Proposal and Documentation Management: Forward proposal forms and all KYC documents to the underwriting department for processing.
  • Premium Collection: Ensure timely collection of premiums in accordance with the credit control policy.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly reports as required by the Business Development Manager (BDM) – Corporate Health.
  • Underwriting Support: Undertake initial underwriting assessments in accordance with set guidelines to ensure sound acceptance of risk.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer and client inquiries, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Delegated Authority: Operate within the approved Delegated Authority Matrix to ensure compliance with company policies.

What We Are Looking For

We are searching for individuals who possess a combination of experience, knowledge, and a passion for medical insurance sales. To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications in Insurance (ACII, IIK) are highly desirable.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, preferably in medical insurance sales.
  • Strong business development and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
