We are looking for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our resort’s food and beverage operations. This is a strategic role that will involve planning, staff management, quality control and budgeting while maintaining the resort’s high standards of luxury service. Additionally, the F&B Manager will oversee resort entertainment programs, ensuring they complement the overall guest experience and align with the resort’s brand positioning.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality service standards.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and liquor regulations.
- Creativity in menu development and F&B concept innovation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in managing entertainment programs within a luxury resort setting
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management/Events and Convention Management.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in food & beverage management in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Proven track record in leading high-performance teams and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.
- Certification in food safety and beverage management is a plus.
