Job Summary

The Property Advisor will be responsible for sourcing and closing sales leads, driving revenue growth, and achieving the expected sales targets of HFDI projects. This role requires a highly motivated individual with strong sales skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a consistent lead generation strategy using project marketing efforts, cold calling, referrals, lead generation services, and media platforms.
  • Record all client engagements, from prospecting to closure, on the CRM system.
  • Conduct surveys to analyze pricing trends of competing properties and share insights with supervisors.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) detailing client pipelines, sales operations, and revenue generation using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance throughout the customer journey.
  • Actively participate in promotional events such as property expos, site activations, and mall activations to drive sales.
  • Follow up and ensure the preparation, validation, and approval of key documents, including booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements, and property transfer documents.
  • Upload and validate customer payment evidence on the CRM system.
  • Monitor and ensure 85% compliance with customer payment plans, issuing cancellation notices where necessary per company policy.
  • Track mortgage clients early, facilitate mortgage applications, and monitor their progress centrally.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with industry laws and company policies.
  • Uphold professionalism and integrity in all client interactions and sales processes.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

Academic & Professional:

  • A minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Internet applications.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in financial or real estate sales.
  • Hands-on experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • A proven track record of sales success.
  • An existing network of potential leads.
  • Experience in handling high-net-worth clients.
