Job Description
The Personal Assistant to the Commission Chairperson will be responsible for providing high-level executive and administrative support to facilitate the efficient functioning of the Chairperson’s office. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless coordination of official activities and engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Chairperson’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and making necessary arrangements for official engagements.
- Handling correspondence, drafting letters, reports, and other official documents as required.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chairperson.
- Preparing briefing materials, presentations, and reports for meetings.
