Job Descriptions
1. Waitstaff
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take customer orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Assist with setting up the dining area, including arranging tables and ensuring everything is in order before service begins.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
2. Baristas
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and specialty drinks.
- Maintain high standards of coffee preparation, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
- Keep the workstation clean and stocked with necessary supplies.

- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in servings.
- Monitor food storage and maintain quality control.
- Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure timely food delivery.
4. Cashiers
Job Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently at the counter.
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments securely.

- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
