Job Description:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, dining areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Assist in dishwashing and ensure all cutlery, crockery, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and stored properly.
- Support the kitchen staff by ensuring all utensils and cooking tools are readily available.
- Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are strictly followed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Dispose of waste and garbage efficiently and responsibly.
- Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory.
- Work closely with chefs, waitstaff, and management to maintain a clean and smooth-running operation.
- Uphold high cleanliness standards in all food preparation and storage areas.
