Qualification
Education, Skills and Experience
Must have:
- Certificate in Lift Operations from a recognized academic institution.
- Valid KCSE Certificate
- 2 years’ experience at a similar position.
Key responsibilities also include
Reporting to: Estates Officer
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers loading the lift
- Slowing or stopping the lift as necessary to ensure passenger safety
- Maintaining load and unload ramps and areas around the lift
- Identifying potential hazards and reporting them immediately
- Being familiar with all policies, procedures and rules regarding operating the lift
- Implementing emergency procedures
- Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
