Full-Time Positions
We seek to engage qualified staff on a five-year (5-year) renewable contract for the following positions:
1. Critical Care Nurse
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), and other critical care areas.
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure timely medical interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physicians.
- Operate and maintain life-support equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors.
- Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.
2. Midwifery Nurse
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care to expectant mothers.
- Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring safe childbirth practices.
- Educate mothers on prenatal and postnatal care, including breastfeeding and newborn care.
- Monitor and manage pregnancy-related complications in collaboration with obstetricians.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
- Offer emotional support and counseling to expectant mothers and their families.
3. Cath-Lab Nurse
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
- Prepare patients for catheterization, including pre-procedure assessments and education.
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure patient safety during procedures.
- Handle and maintain specialized equipment used in cardiac interventions.
- Work collaboratively with cardiologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide post-procedure care and monitor patients for any complications.
- Maintain accurate records of procedures and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
4. Theatre Nurse
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are available and sterile.
- Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and handling surgical materials.
- Monitor patient vitals and ensure proper anesthesia administration.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization procedures.
- Provide post-operative care and ensure a smooth recovery process.
- Maintain accurate surgical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Part-Time Positions
We are seeking to engage qualified Medical Consultants on empanelment terms for the following specializations:
1. Anatomic/General Pathologist
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory analysis of tissue samples to diagnose diseases.
- Perform post-mortem examinations when required.
- Collaborate with medical teams to provide pathology insights for treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of pathology findings.
- Maintain quality control and compliance with laboratory standards.
2. Neurologist
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat neurological disorders such as epilepsy, stroke, and multiple sclerosis.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including EEGs and MRIs.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with neurological conditions.
- Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on neurological health.
- Work closely with other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
3. Bariatric Surgeon
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients for bariatric surgery eligibility.
- Perform surgical procedures such as gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient education on lifestyle changes.
- Monitor patient progress and manage any complications related to bariatric surgery.
- Work collaboratively with dietitians, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals.
4. Pediatric Intensivist/Anesthesiologist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care management for pediatric patients in intensive care units.
- Administer anesthesia to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Monitor and manage ventilation, sedation, and pain relief for critically ill children.
- Work closely with pediatricians and other specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to pediatric anesthetic protocols and safety standards.
5. Breast Surgeon
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the breast, including tumors and infections.
- Perform surgical interventions such as lumpectomies, mastectomies, and reconstructive surgeries.
- Collaborate with oncologists and radiologists for comprehensive breast cancer treatment.
- Provide post-operative care and long-term follow-up for breast surgery patients.
- Educate patients on breast health and cancer prevention.
6. Paediatric Gastroenterologist
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders in children, including Crohn’s disease and celiac disease.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopy and colonoscopy.
- Develop treatment plans and dietary recommendations for pediatric patients.
- Work closely with pediatricians and dietitians to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate families on managing chronic gastrointestinal conditions.
7. Paediatric Cardiothoracic Surgeon
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform complex surgical procedures on infants and children with congenital heart defects.
- Assess and diagnose cardiovascular and thoracic conditions in pediatric patients.
- Work collaboratively with pediatric cardiologists and intensive care teams.
- Provide post-operative care and monitor recovery progress.
