Job Summary:
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of financial advisors to drive business growth in the retail distribution segment. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise financial advisors to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance productivity.
- Develop a motivated and high-performing sales team.
- Business Development & Sales Management
- Drive sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s retail distribution portfolio.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Provide insights on competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high levels of client engagement through effective communication and service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct periodic audits to assess and mitigate potential risks within the sales team.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and performance analyses to senior management.
