Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of the Anticipatory Action Project, ensuring alignment with CARE’s humanitarian strategies.
• Coordinate early warning systems, risk analysis, and preparedness activities.
• Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups, to strengthen anticipatory action frameworks.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to project teams and partners.
• Monitor project impact, document lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
