Position: Program Manager – Anticipatory Action Project
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of the Anticipatory Action Project, ensuring alignment with CARE’s humanitarian strategies.
Coordinate early warning systems, risk analysis, and preparedness activities.
Engage with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community groups, to strengthen anticipatory action frameworks.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure effective resource utilization.
Provide technical guidance and capacity-building support to project teams and partners.
Monitor project impact, document lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
