In this role, you will identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, ranging from simple software glitches to complex hardware malfunctions. You will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, operating systems, network and system administration, remote access, and common IT
applications. Additionally, you will communicate technical information clearly and concisely to non technical users, providing prompt and effective support to meet their needs.

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
- Network administration (voice, data and video)
- Systems administration
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical support to end users
- Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in information communication technology from a recognized institution
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Good customer care and communication skills
