We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Case Manager within Jubilee Health Insurance Limited. The position holder will report to the Assistant Manager, Active Case management and will be based at our Head Office in Nairobi.

Key Skills and Competencies
I. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
II. Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
III. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
IV. Strategic vision and decision-making prowess.
V. Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and insurance practices.
VI. Clinical knowledge and medical expertise.

Academic & Professional Qualifications
I. Bachelor’s degree in nursing or clinical medicine, or a related field.
II. Relevant certifications in case management, healthcare management, or clinical
specialties.

Relevant Experience
A minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience. Ideal candidates should possess a strong understanding of Medical Insurance.
