Role Summary
The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) – OPEX (Warehouse) role is structured to equip recent graduates with essential skills and insights into warehouse operations and logistics. It is a rotational program spanning across multiple departments, designed to develop a well-rounded understanding of the DHL operational framework. Additionally, the trainee will support Operations Excellence (OPEX) functional leads in implementing strategic programs, such as:

General Responsibilities
- Understand and adhere to client-specific service requirements.
- Gain experience with standardized DHL programs and operational tools.
- Report and record any non-conformities regarding customer merchandise.
- Operate within various warehouse areas as needed by management.

- Assist in executing assigned projects focusing on standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
