This role involves the formulation and execution of policies, systems, and strategies that ensure value for money, compliance, and efficiency in the procurement and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of procurement and logistics strategies.
- Oversee supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract management processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procurement policies.
- Manage inventory and distribution systems across the group.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and enhance supplier performance.

Job Description: The Head of Tax will be responsible for overseeing the tax strategy, planning, and compliance functions within the KTDA Group. The role ensures all tax obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and value is created through efficient tax planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax strategy for the Group.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international tax laws.
- Manage preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Conduct regular tax risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Provide tax advisory services to management and business units.
- Liaise with tax authorities and external advisors as necessary.
