The Midterm Review Consultant will be responsible for conducting a thorough midterm evaluation of the implementation of UNEP’s Full-Size Project (FSP). Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a structured midterm review plan in line with UNEP evaluation policies.
- Review project documentation including design frameworks, implementation schedules, and monitoring and evaluation data.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and field visits as necessary.
- Assess the relevance of the project within the current socio-economic and environmental context.
- Evaluate project performance against defined indicators, outputs, and outcomes.
