Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth for the solar inverter product line.
- Conduct in-depth market research to analyze customer needs, trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Plan and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events).
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives to measure success and optimize outcomes.
2. Sales Team Partnership
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales targets.
- Create and distribute sales enablement tools and provide training to boost product knowledge and field performance.
3. Cross-Functional Partnership
- Work hand-in-hand with the New Product Development team to ensure seamless product rollouts.
- Partner with customer service to capture and act on customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the programs team to integrate marketing efforts into broader company initiatives.
4. Customer Journey & Experience
- Map the complete customer journey, identifying critical touchpoints and opportunities to enhance engagement.
- Develop initiatives that prioritize customer satisfaction and optimize the user experience.
- Implement feedback loops to continuously adapt marketing efforts based on real customer insights.
5. Agency & Supplier Management
- Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing collateral and services.
- Oversee the production and quality control of promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
6. Event Management & Activations
- Plan, organize, and execute brand activations and customer engagement events.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Track event outcomes through lead generation and sales conversion metrics.
Candidate Profile
