2. Head of Marketing & Business Development – One (1) Position

Job Purpose:

The Head of Marketing & Business Development will drive the company’s marketing strategy and business growth initiatives. The position is responsible for increasing market share, brand visibility, and revenue through strategic campaigns and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee implementation of marketing and business development strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Lead brand management and advertising initiatives to enhance public perception and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create customer-focused solutions and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support across the company’s departments, including interpretation of legal documents and compliance obligations.
