1. Chief Operations Officer, VisionFund Kenya (Location: Nairobi)
Responsible for the operational excellence of VisionFund Kenya. Oversees branch performance, ensures adherence to compliance and regulations, drives performance metrics, and improves operational processes. The role reports directly to the CEO and supports business continuity, productivity, and growth.
2. Chief Finance Officer, VisionFund Kenya (Location: Nairobi)
Leads the financial strategy and execution for VisionFund Kenya. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audits, and risk management. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure financial sustainability and support long-term goals.
3. Credit HUB Manager, VisionFund Kenya (Location: Nairobi)
Responsible for the overall management of centralized credit operations. Leads credit processing, ensures policy compliance, monitors loan portfolio performance, and supports efficient decision-making. Plays a key role in maintaining credit quality and minimizing risk.
4. Agri-Climate Business Development Officer, VisionFund Kenya (Location: VF Bomet Branch)
Drives agricultural financing and climate-resilient product development. Engages with farming communities, identifies financial needs, and develops innovative lending products that support climate-smart agriculture. Supports partnerships and technical training for farmers.
5. Project Coordinator – Isiolo Women Economic Empowerment Project (Location: Oldonyiro)
Leads project implementation, coordinates field activities, monitors outcomes, and engages stakeholders in empowering women economically. Ensures alignment with World Vision standards, reporting, and timely delivery of project milestones.
6. Project Coordinator – CESP (Wamba AP) (Location: Samburu)
Implements and monitors the Child Education and Sponsorship Program (CESP). Works closely with community leaders and education stakeholders to enhance child well-being, ensure enrolment, and drive participation in sponsored programs.
7. Project Officer – Nutrition UNICEF NICHE Project (Location: Turkana)
Coordinates implementation of nutrition activities under the NICHE project. Provides technical support to partners, trains community health volunteers, and monitors progress. Works closely with UNICEF and government teams for integrated delivery.
8. Re-advertisement – Community Mobilizer (Location: Alale, West Pokot)
Mobilizes communities, conducts awareness campaigns, facilitates participatory planning, and engages locals in development initiatives. The successful candidate must be a local resident of Alale in West Pokot County.
9. Director of Cloud Strategy and Operations (Location: 4 Locations)
Develops and executes cloud strategy for global operations. Ensures secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Leads digital transformation, architecture reviews, vendor management, and cloud governance.
10. Data, AI & Emerging Technologies Head (Location: 6 Locations)
Leads the data, AI, and emerging technologies strategy for World Vision. Drives innovation, oversees AI and data science initiatives, partners with tech teams to create transformative solutions that improve global development impact.
11. DMEAL Measurement Framework Technical Director (Location: 7 Locations)
Leads the design, implementation, and management of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (DMEAL) frameworks across projects. Provides technical leadership on measurement strategies, data use, and learning mechanisms to enhance program effectiveness.
