We are currently inviting applications from eligible students for Industrial Attachment Opportunities in the following areas:
1. Corporate Communication
Job Description:
As an attachment student in the Corporate Communication department, you will:
- Assist in drafting press releases, internal memos, newsletters, and other communications materials
- Support the organization of internal and external corporate events
- Manage and update social media pages and website content
- Participate in media monitoring and reporting
- Help maintain the company’s corporate image and brand identity
- Take part in community outreach programs and CSR initiatives
This opportunity is ideal for students interested in developing skills in public relations, media communication, digital marketing, and corporate branding.
2. Quality Assurance
Job Description:
Students attached to the Quality Assurance department will:
- Support in the testing and analysis of seed quality in line with industry standards
- Assist in sampling, inspection, and documentation processes
- Participate in monitoring and evaluation of production processes to ensure compliance
- Work with teams to identify and report quality issues and inconsistencies
- Learn about regulatory compliance in seed certification

3. Procurement
Job Description:
As an attachment student in the Procurement department, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders
- Supporting procurement documentation and filing processes
- Participating in supplier evaluations and procurement planning
- Observing inventory and stock management systems
- Gaining an understanding of procurement laws, policies, and ethical practices
This area suits students with an interest in logistics, supply chain management, and procurement processes in public sector institutions.
4. Research
Job Description:
Attachment opportunities in the Research department involve:
- Assisting in conducting field trials and data collection
- Supporting in seed variety performance analysis and reporting
- Participating in the evaluation of agronomic practices
- Maintaining research records and databases
- Engaging in laboratory and field-based research tasks

5. Processing and Engineering
Job Description:
Students placed in the Processing and Engineering department will:

- Assist in seed cleaning, grading, treating, and packaging processes
- Observe and contribute to machinery troubleshooting and repair
- Participate in maintaining safety and efficiency in processing units
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure production targets are met

6. Production
Job Description:
Industrial attachment in the Production department includes:
- Assisting in seed production planning and execution
- Participating in field supervision and seed multiplication processes

- Documenting production data and reporting to supervisors
This role is tailored for students studying agriculture, horticulture, or farm management.
7. Sales and Marketing
Job Description:
Students placed in the Sales and Marketing department will:
- Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Assist in market analysis and customer feedback collection
- Participate in sales visits, exhibitions, and field days
- Help in customer service and order processing
- Contribute to building brand awareness and expanding customer reach
This position provides experience in agricultural product marketing, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
