1. Business Development Manager – Agribusiness and Healthcare Programs

The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in marketing and selling Strathmore’s Agribusiness and Healthcare Programs. The role entails working closely with the Senior Manager – Business Development to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance program visibility and uptake. The successful candidate will also build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across public and private sectors, both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell Agribusiness and Healthcare Programs in collaboration with the Senior Manager – Business Development.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to tap into emerging markets.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support program development.
- Design and present customized training solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with national and international partners.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective engagement and service delivery.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue generation.
2. Head, Strathmore Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Centre (SEDIC)

The Head of SEDIC will provide strategic oversight for all entrepreneurship development initiatives, ensuring that program objectives, revenue targets, and quality standards are achieved. This leadership role involves managing the Centre’s operations while cultivating strong relationships with clients, participants, and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and growth of entrepreneurship programs.
- Oversee revenue generation and financial performance of SEDIC.
- Ensure program quality assurance and control processes are adhered to.
- Engage with stakeholders, alumni, and the entrepreneurial community to enhance program relevance and impact.
- Supervise the program team and ensure efficient delivery of entrepreneurship solutions.
- Establish and maintain collaborations with national and international organizations.
- Champion innovation and promote entrepreneurial thinking across the institution.
3. Program Administrator – Graduate Programmes

The Program Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring effective administration of graduate programs. This includes quality assurance, class coordination, and relationship management with participants and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all administrative aspects of graduate programs.
- Oversee class scheduling, timetabling, and faculty support.
- Maintain records and ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Handle communication with students and address program-related inquiries.
- Ensure quality standards are upheld in all aspects of program delivery.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless program execution.

4. Senior Researcher (INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY)

The Senior Researcher will support various partner organizations in launching a unique project in 10 selected schools. This role involves managing the implementation of the project on the ground and conducting research to validate both the business and social models being tested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with partner organizations to initiate project activities in the selected schools.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the field research process.
- Analyze and evaluate the outcomes of the business and social models deployed.
- Provide detailed research reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success.
- Supervise junior research staff and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
5. Research Assistant

The Research Assistant will support the delivery of high-quality research activities aligned with the goals of an ongoing project. The individual will contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that project deliverables are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the research team in designing research methodologies and tools.
