1. Programme Officer

Role Summary:
The Programme Officer will play a key role in the planning, execution, and management of activities under the Being programme and other mental health research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all programme components are efficiently delivered to generate meaningful impact across communities and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of programme activities aligned with the goals of the Being mental health initiative.
- Support the development of programme strategies, action plans, and monitoring systems.
- Engage with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
- Track programme progress and produce regular reports that evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to proposal writing and resource mobilization activities for mental health and development projects.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programme events, meetings, and workshops.

2. Graduate Trainee – Data and AI

Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven and inquisitive Graduate Trainee to support the development and implementation of data and AI-driven initiatives within the Foundation. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are keen to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, artificial intelligence applications, and digital innovation in the nonprofit sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets to support decision-making across programmes.
- Work with teams to develop machine learning models and AI tools that enhance programme efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the design, testing, and deployment of data-driven solutions across various projects.
- Collaborate with programme leads to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights.

3. Head of Corporate Communications & Sustainability

The Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability will serve as the strategic architect of the Foundation’s communications and sustainability framework. This role is critical in enhancing the visibility, reputation, and impact of the Foundation across diverse stakeholders, including partners, donors, the media, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy that aligns with the Foundation’s mission and goals.
- Lead brand positioning efforts, media relations, and digital content strategies to strengthen organizational presence.
