Job Summary

Vision Plus, under Kryptonite International LTD, is looking for a results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in the growth of our corporate clientele within the consumer electronics and home appliance sectors.

This role demands an individual who understands the unique dynamics of B2B sales, excels in customer relationship management, and thrives in a competitive, target-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate market.
  • Drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Prospect, pitch, and convert leads into active clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
  • Understand individual client needs and tailor solutions to suit their requirements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Vision Plus and corporate clients.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to post-sale support.

Sales Process Management

  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and products.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor sales activities and report on key performance indicators.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence and feedback to senior management.
  • Prepare forecasts, sales plans, and performance analysis reports.

Networking and Brand Promotion

  • Represent Vision Plus at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Promote brand visibility and generate leads through professional engagements.
  • Build a network of contacts to generate ongoing business referrals and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in corporate sales, preferably in electronics, technology, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Deep understanding of sales cycles, negotiation, and client onboarding processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle a corporate portfolio with minimal supervision.
  • A motivated self-starter with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Existing networks within the corporate sector will be an added advantage.
