Waitresses – 6 Positions
Our waitresses are central to the SilverOak Café customer experience. They are the direct link between the kitchen and our guests and are responsible for ensuring that every customer enjoys a smooth, courteous, and satisfying dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Escort customers to their tables and present menus
- Explain daily specials and answer any menu-related questions
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
- Deliver orders promptly and check in with guests during their meals
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns in a friendly and helpful manner
- Prepare table settings and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Manage billing and payment processing
Bar Staff (Baristas) – 4 Positions
Baristas at SilverOak Café are responsible for preparing and serving beverages with precision and consistency. This includes a range of hot and cold drinks, crafted to meet our high standards. Baristas are expected to combine technical beverage-making skills with strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and juices as per menu specifications
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation for every drink

- Keep the beverage station organized and well-stocked
- Maintain cleanliness of bar equipment and prep areas
