Job Description
To grow, maintain and retain a portfolio of private banking customers in line with the segment value propositions, related initiatives and activities aimed at creating value for the client and the bank.
To build, maintain, and expand strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored banking solutions. The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, promoting the bank’s products and services, and contributing to the achievement of business growth, customer retention, and profitability targets.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Experience Required
Personal and Private Banking
5-7 years
Experience in sales, service, relationship management, credit applications and financial acumen (i.e., proven sales track record in the Financial service industry.)
