MAIN JOB PURPOSE
The key role is to support AMREF Flying Doctors’ digital transformation, with a focus to enhance the AFD online platforms, streamlining business processes, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions aligned with the business strategic goals. The incumbent will perform systems analysis, including working with portals developed in AngularJS, and support application development.
Job Description
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Support the enhancement and maintenance of AMREF Flying Doctors’ portal, ensuring usability, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of new applications and digital tools.
- Support integration and data flow between different systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central. Familiarity in Integrating D365 CRM with external systems using APIs, web services, or third-party tools.
- Conduct gap analyses, identify process inefficiencies, and propose technology-driven solutions.
- Support change management, system upgrades, patches, and migrations and end-user training as new systems or features are introduced.
- Maintain documentation including user guides, training materials, and system specifications.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central will be a significant advantage
- Hands-on experience with .net framework, AngularJS, with apps technology proven experience maintaining or enhancing web portals.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and agile project management methodologies.
- Experience using analytics tools.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, such as CI/CD pipelines or version control (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
