1. Portfolio Management Officer

Job Description
As a Portfolio Management Officer, you will be responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to ensure optimal performance and risk management of the Bank’s corporate credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular performance reviews of corporate credit accounts.
  • Monitor loan utilization, repayment, and covenant compliance.
  • Liaise with Relationship Managers to provide support in resolving account issues.
  • Maintain updated data and financial information for portfolio monitoring.
  • Assist in preparing reports on portfolio trends, risk indicators, and exceptions.
  • Participate in periodic stress testing of portfolios and support scenario analysis.
  • Recommend risk mitigation measures for deteriorating accounts.
  • Support credit reviews and reclassification processes.

2. Corporate Credit Analyst

Job Description
The Corporate Credit Analyst plays a critical role in credit risk assessment by evaluating the creditworthiness of corporate clients and recommending viable lending solutions that align with the bank’s risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate credit applications from corporate clients and provide in-depth credit analysis.
  • Develop detailed financial models to assess client viability and credit risk.
  • Provide recommendations on credit facilities including structure, terms, and pricing.
  • Perform industry, market, and client-specific research to support credit decisions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to structure credit facilities aligned with customer needs.
  • Prepare comprehensive credit appraisal reports for submission to approval committees.
  • Monitor ongoing credit performance and initiate reviews where necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

3. Head – Corporate Credit Risk Analysis

Job Description
As the Head of Corporate Credit Risk Analysis, you will lead the Bank’s corporate credit risk function, ensuring a robust credit assessment process and effective portfolio management aligned with the Bank’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the team of credit analysts and portfolio officers.
  • Oversee the credit assessment and analysis of high-value and complex corporate accounts.
  • Develop and implement policies and frameworks for credit risk analysis.
  • Review and approve credit proposals within delegated authority and escalate to higher levels as necessary.
  • Monitor portfolio quality and provide strategic risk insights to senior management.
  • Support product development by evaluating risk profiles of new lending products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure credit risk alignment across the bank.
  • Provide training and mentorship to enhance credit risk competency across the bank.

4. Data Privacy Analyst

Job Description
The Data Privacy Analyst will support the Bank’s data protection initiatives by ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, maintaining customer trust, and safeguarding personal data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor compliance with the Data Protection Act and related regulations.
  • Conduct data privacy impact assessments on new and existing projects.
  • Maintain records of processing activities and ensure data subject rights are upheld.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate data privacy risks across departments.
  • Provide advisory and training to staff on data privacy and protection matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of data protection policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and recommend appropriate compliance strategies.
  • Assist in managing data breaches and reporting to regulatory authorities as required.
