Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Underwriting (GI) will play a crucial role in the effective evaluation, selection, and acceptance of insurance risks in accordance with company policies. The role involves managing underwriting activities, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring risk exposure is kept within approved limits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, analyze, and underwrite general insurance proposals in line with underwriting guidelines.
- Supervise daily underwriting operations and ensure accurate risk assessment and pricing.
- Manage and review policy documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with intermediaries and branches to support risk placement and issue resolution.
- Monitor performance of underwriting processes and identify areas for improvement.

2. Bancassurance Regional Relationship Officer – Coast Region

3. Business Processing & Compliance Officer

4. Treasury Officer

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to address pay-related issues and proposals.
