1. Assistant Manager – Debt Recovery

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Debt Recovery will be responsible for managing non-performing loan accounts, ensuring recovery targets are met, and supporting the development and implementation of recovery strategies for assigned portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of non-performing accounts and implement tailored recovery strategies.
- Negotiate with borrowers and recommend restructuring options where viable.
- Liaise with legal teams and external debt collectors to follow up on recovery cases.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all recovery activities.
- Monitor progress on recoveries and prepare periodic reports for management.
2. Manager, Debt Recovery Unit

Job Summary:
The Manager, Debt Recovery Unit will lead the Bank’s debt recovery team, overseeing the formulation and execution of recovery plans across multiple portfolios to minimize credit losses and ensure effective resolution of defaulted accounts.

- Provide leadership and direction to the debt recovery unit.
- Design, develop, and oversee implementation of recovery strategies.
- Ensure prompt and effective recovery actions for non-performing loans.
- Coordinate with legal, credit, and operations teams to resolve problem loans.
- Develop performance metrics and ensure alignment with set targets and timelines.
- Represent the bank in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings as required.
3. Senior Associate – Debt Recovery

Job Summary:
The Senior Associate – Debt Recovery will support the recovery of overdue facilities by engaging directly with clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and helping to execute litigation and alternative recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific portfolio of delinquent accounts and initiate follow-ups.
- Engage clients to understand challenges and propose suitable recovery options.
- Collaborate with recovery agents and legal representatives for asset realization.
- Ensure timely updates of collection activities and status reporting.
- Recommend accounts for legal action where other recovery methods fail.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and records for all assigned cases.
4. Senior Associate, Credit Securities Documentation

Job Summary:
The Senior Associate, Credit Securities Documentation will ensure that credit and security documentation for approved facilities is properly prepared, reviewed, and maintained in accordance with legal and bank policy requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review credit approval terms to determine required security documentation.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure proper drafting and registration of documents.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and safekeeping of security files and legal documents.
- Monitor document expiration and ensure timely renewals or updates.
- Liaise with relationship managers and credit units on document-related queries.
- Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for security documentation status.
