1. Director General

The Director General is the chief executive officer of the Authority and is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management. The key duties include:
- Overseeing the implementation of the Authority’s strategic plans, programs, and objectives in line with national and international maritime policies.
- Providing guidance on policy development to ensure compliance with maritime legislation and international conventions.
- Managing relationships with national and global stakeholders, including government agencies, development partners, and maritime organizations.
- Ensuring financial prudence, operational efficiency, and institutional accountability.
- Supervising and appraising senior management to ensure institutional effectiveness.

2. Senior Licensing and Seaborne Trade Officer

The Senior Licensing and Seaborne Trade Officer is responsible for executing licensing functions and overseeing seaborne trade operations. Core responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the issuance and renewal of licenses to maritime operators and vessels.
- Maintaining records of all licensed maritime service providers and ensuring compliance with licensing terms.
- Monitoring seaborne trade activities and ensuring adherence to maritime trading protocols and legal requirements.

3. Licensing and Seaborne Trade Officer

4. Senior Coxswain

The Senior Coxswain is tasked with piloting small craft under the authority’s management. The role includes:
- Operating and maintaining maritime vessels during operations, inspections, or emergency responses.
- Supervising Coxswains and junior crew on safety standards and vessel operations.

5. Director, Maritime Education, Training and Labour

7. Assistant Director, Training & Certification (Engineering)

8. Assistant Director, Research, Strategy & Planning

9. Principal Administration Officer

Job Description:
The Principal Administration Officer ensures effective administrative support and logistics operations. Core responsibilities are:
- Overseeing office operations, asset management, and procurement processes.
- Supervising administrative staff and ensuring compliance with government procedures.
- Coordinating transport services, maintenance schedules, and logistics support.
- Managing the Authority’s office space, supplies, and communication infrastructure.
- Supporting event planning and stakeholder engagement logistics.
