Kenyatta University Teaching, Referral and Research Hospital (KUTRRH) is a State Corporation registered under Legal Notice Number 4 of the State Corporations Act Cap 446. The Hospital is a 650-bed facility mandated with the provision of specialized healthcare, medical research, education, and training, collaborating with various partners to advance cancer research.
KUTRRH and the University of Manchester in collaboration with other partners have received an award from the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, United Kingdom on behalf of all the parties to undertake research in the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) GLOBAL HEALTH RESEARCH GROUP FOR IMPROVING OESOPHAGEAL CANCER SURVIVAL IN KENYA: THE HUB & SPOKE MODEL.
The research project adopts a hub and spoke model with KUTRRH as the Hub and five (5) Kenyan counties namely Kisii, Meru, Kiambu, Nakuru, and Nyeri as the spokes. As part of Aim 2 of the Project that will involve the use of a mobile endoscopy clinic across the five (5) counties, we hereby seek to engage qualified staff on part-time basis for the positions listed below. The applicants must demonstrate diligence, commitment, and a positive attitude.
