Below is a comprehensive breakdown of all internship opportunities under the Degree and Diploma Internship Programmes for the year 2025.


A. Degree Internship Programme

Total Vacancies: 94

1. Office Administration (Secretarial Services)

  • Vacancies: 5
  • Job Description: Interns will support senior administrators with clerical duties, document preparation, file management, calendar scheduling, and maintaining official records. They will also assist in organizing meetings and managing correspondence across judicial departments.

2. Information Communication & Technology (ICT)

  • Vacancies: 12
  • Job Description:
    • a) ICT Security (2): Monitor and manage security protocols for digital systems and protect judiciary data from breaches or unauthorized access.
    • b) Network Administration (2): Oversee internal networking systems, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure efficient LAN/WAN operations.
    • c) Database Administration (2): Support in managing and updating judicial databases, ensuring information accuracy and system integrity.
    • d) Web Development (1): Participate in updating and developing judiciary web portals and digital communication tools.
    • e) System Administration (2): Maintain and manage operating systems and internal servers used across departments.
    • f) Application Development (1): Assist in designing and improving judiciary-specific software applications.
    • g) ICT Support (2): Provide technical assistance to end-users, resolve software/hardware issues, and support general ICT operations.

3. Human Resource Management

  • Vacancies: 10
  • Job Description: Interns will work with the HR team on recruitment, training, employee records management, performance tracking, and welfare programs to ensure efficient personnel operations.

4. Supply Chain Management

  • Vacancies: 10
  • Job Description: Assist in procurement processes, inventory control, vendor coordination, and ensuring adherence to supply chain regulations and best practices.

5. Information Science and Records Management Services

  • Vacancies: 10
  • Job Description: Support the documentation lifecycle including classification, indexing, archiving, retrieval, and digitization of judicial records.

6. Building Services

  • Vacancies: 5
  • Job Description:
    • a) Architectural Services (2): Participate in infrastructure design projects for court buildings and judicial offices.
    • b) Mechanical Engineering (2): Assist in the planning and maintenance of HVAC, water, and sanitation systems in judiciary facilities.
    • c) Electrical Engineering (1): Engage in the maintenance and installation of electrical systems across judicial buildings.

7. Finance (Economics)

  • Vacancies: 2
  • Job Description: Interns will support budget preparation, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and economic analysis for judiciary projects.

8. General Graduate Trainees (Courts)

  • Job Description: These interns will assist court registries and judicial officers with case management, file handling, scheduling hearings, and providing administrative support to streamline court operations.

B. Diploma Internship Programme

1. Office Administration (Secretarial Services)

  • Vacancies: 50
  • Job Description: Diploma interns in this role will offer secretarial assistance including preparing memos, managing reception desks, typing judgments, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support in court stations and judicial offices.

2. Information Communication & Technology (ICT Support)

  • Vacancies: 40
  • Job Description: Interns will work on helpdesk support, resolve hardware/software issues, update antivirus systems, assist with printer and computer setup, and contribute to minor ICT projects.

3. Supply Chain Management

  • Vacancies: 10
  • Job Description: Provide administrative and logistical assistance in the procurement process, inventory recording, and goods receipt functions.

4. Information Science and Records Management Services

  • Vacancies: 10
  • Job Description:
    • a) Library Services (5): Support library functions including cataloguing, indexing, issuing materials, and managing information resources.
    • b) Records Management (5): Assist in managing registries, filing records, digitizing documents, and retrieving judicial records as needed.

5. Building Services – Building & Civil Engineering

  • Vacancies: 5
  • Job Description: Support construction supervision, building inspections, infrastructure maintenance, and the preparation of engineering reports related to judicial facilities.
