Job Description
As the Business Operations Junior Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing critical operational processes from customer engagement to loan administration. Your main goal will be to ensure seamless operations across various departments, including customer service, fulfillment, and finance.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Process Oversight
- Monitor all core processes, ensuring effective coordination between customer-facing operations and backend systems.
- Troubleshoot inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to maintain operational excellence.
2. Customer Communication
- Act as a point of contact for customers and external stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.
3. Data Analysis
- Conduct regular data reconciliations using Excel to maintain accuracy across operational functions.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making and process enhancements.
4. Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with the finance and accounting teams to support loan administration processes.
- Assist in verifying customer eligibility and tracking loan disbursements and repayments.
5. Documentation
- Keep detailed records of all interactions, reports, and process changes.
- Maintain operational logs and activity trackers to ensure compliance and transparency.
6. Problem Solving
- Proactively identify potential issues in business operations and provide timely solutions.
- Use critical thinking and analytical skills to improve workflow and service delivery.
7. Reporting
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on business operations performance.
- Share actionable insights from reports with the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.
