1. Service Account Manager

Job Description:

The Service Account Manager will be responsible for creating a personal, holistic, and integrated service experience for strategic and high-value enterprise customers. This will be based on a deep understanding of their business, industry, and operational environment.

This role involves leading the ground team in quality acquisition, growth, and management of B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the regional enterprise sales team to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Ensure Airtel Business brand dominance within the regional enterprise market.
  • Manage B2B customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Drive regional B2B revenue growth and manage all aspects of revenue assurance.

3. HBB Network Planning Lead

Job Description:

The HBB Network Planning Lead will report to the Head of Network Planning. This role is critical in providing technical and network-related support for all Enterprise services offered to customers. The successful candidate will ensure timely service delivery by coordinating technical requirements across different teams.

  • Provide comprehensive technical and network support for all enterprise service offerings.
  • Develop detailed proposals and network plans in response to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Networks team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requests.

  • Support sales teams by translating customer needs into technical solutions.

  • Ensure that all projects comply with the company’s quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to network planning activities.
