ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS
1. Internal Audit Assistant

Role Overview
Reporting to the Manager, Internal Audit and Risk Management, the Internal Audit Assistant will play a crucial role in safeguarding the university’s resources and ensuring their economic utilization. The successful candidate will engage in planning and executing audits, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending control enhancements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and preparing the audit scope and objectives by understanding university processes, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
- Assess compliance with statutory and internal regulations, identifying necessary action areas.
- Identify areas of operational inefficiency and control weaknesses through thorough analysis of manual and automated (ERP) financial systems.
- Conduct asset and liability verifications to ensure consistency with documentation.
- Compile and document audit test results, findings, and recommendations.
- Provide detailed audit reports to management and highlight unresolved audit issues.

Role Overview
The Systems Programmer will support the deployment and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system and the development of a university-wide system portal. This includes creating extensions, integrations, and maintaining portal security and functionality to serve academic and administrative needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using the AL programming language.
- Develop modular extensions without compromising the base system.
- Create integrations with internal systems using APIs and Microsoft Power Platform connectors.
- Build and maintain a user-friendly central portal aligned with university branding.
- Optimize database queries using SQL Server to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with the Microsoft partner in deploying updates and ERP components.
- Conduct testing and debugging of newly developed or modified functionalities.
- Document technical processes including system architecture, integrations, and maintenance schedules.
- Provide post-deployment support, monitor system performance, and implement timely maintenance.

The Animal Production Technician will support the Department of Agriculture & Natural Resources through hands-on supervision of animal husbandry, health management, and laboratory support. This is a highly practical role involving field and lab responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement hands-on practical lessons with lecturers.
- Provide treatment for sick farm animals and manage health protocols.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of animal housing and structures.
- Supervise animal feeding schedules and nutrition plans.
- Organize farmer trainings and agricultural exhibitions.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure readiness for research.
- Keep laboratory supplies, specimen, and reagents well-stocked.
