1. Head – MSME Credit Quality, Collections and Recoveries
Job Description:
The Head of MSME Credit Quality, Collections, and Recoveries will oversee credit risk management for the MSME segment. The role involves developing and implementing policies to ensure sound credit appraisal processes, effective loan monitoring, timely collections, and recovery strategies. The individual will be tasked with improving portfolio quality, reducing non-performing loans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal credit standards.
2. Business Systems Support Manager
Job Description:
The Business Systems Support Manager will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of business application systems within the bank. The position will play a key role in ensuring minimal downtime, managing upgrades and patches, and providing end-user support. Key responsibilities include liaising with vendors, troubleshooting application issues, and coordinating change requests with internal departments to enhance system functionality.
3. IT Security Operations Centre Analyst (SOC)
Job Description:
The SOC Analyst will monitor and analyze security events from various sources to detect and respond to potential threats.
