1. Head – MSME Credit Quality, Collections and Recoveries

Job Description:
The Head of MSME Credit Quality, Collections, and Recoveries will oversee credit risk management for the MSME segment. The role involves developing and implementing policies to ensure sound credit appraisal processes, effective loan monitoring, timely collections, and recovery strategies. The individual will be tasked with improving portfolio quality, reducing non-performing loans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal credit standards.

2. Business Systems Support Manager

Job Description:
The Business Systems Support Manager will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of business application systems within the bank. The position will play a key role in ensuring minimal downtime, managing upgrades and patches, and providing end-user support. Key responsibilities include liaising with vendors, troubleshooting application issues, and coordinating change requests with internal departments to enhance system functionality.

3. IT Security Operations Centre Analyst (SOC)

Job Description:
The SOC Analyst will monitor and analyze security events from various sources to detect and respond to potential threats. Responsibilities include threat detection, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and security reporting. The analyst will work closely with other IT and security teams to ensure that security controls are effective and that the bank’s digital assets are protected from malicious activities.

4. Portfolio Management Officer

Job Description:
The Portfolio Management Officer will support the analysis and reporting of credit portfolio performance. The role includes monitoring loan book health, preparing credit risk reports, identifying trends and emerging risks, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful data analysis. The officer will also work on stress testing, scenario planning, and regulatory reporting.

5. Corporate Credit Analyst

Job Description:
The Corporate Credit Analyst will be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of large corporate clients. This involves conducting detailed financial analysis, industry research, and risk assessments to support credit decisions. The analyst will prepare credit proposals, liaise with relationship managers, and ensure adherence to internal credit policies and external regulations.

6. Head – Corporate Credit Risk Analysis

Job Description:
The Head of Corporate Credit Risk Analysis will lead a team of analysts and ensure the accurate assessment and management of credit risks associated with corporate lending. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of risk analysis reports, implementing credit risk policies, mentoring junior analysts, and advising senior management on credit risk exposures and mitigation strategies.

7. Data Privacy Analyst

Job Description:
The Data Privacy Analyst will be responsible for monitoring compliance with data protection regulations and policies. Key tasks include assessing data handling practices, conducting privacy impact assessments, handling data subject requests, and raising awareness across the bank on data privacy best practices. The analyst will also coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure the bank adheres to global and local privacy standards.

8. Sacco Credit Officer (REF: CO/04/25)

Job Description:
The Credit Officer will manage the processing and administration of credit applications across various lending segments. Responsibilities include assessing credit proposals, preparing documentation, monitoring loan performance, and ensuring timely disbursements and repayments. The officer will work closely with relationship managers to support credit growth while maintaining portfolio quality.

9. Sacco Chief Executive Officer (REF: CBI/KMA/CEO/04/25)

Job Description:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership to the bank, setting strategic direction and driving organizational success. The CEO will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and the overall profitability of the bank. Key responsibilities include overseeing business development, risk management, innovation, and people development to ensure the bank maintains its position as a market leader.
