1. Internal Controls and Risk Officer

Location: Nairobi – Headquarters
Reporting To: Finance Manager – Internal Controls

Job Purpose:
The Internal Controls and Risk Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s financial integrity and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for assessing, monitoring, and improving the internal control systems within the organization to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits across departments.
  • Assist in designing and implementing risk management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and report progress to the Finance Manager.
  • Review business processes and provide suggestions for optimization and efficiency.
  • Support the Finance team in implementing financial control systems.
  • Investigate incidents of non-compliance or irregularities and report findings.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.

2. Service Advisor

Location: Nairobi

Job Purpose:
The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between the company and its clients to ensure excellent customer service in the vehicle maintenance and repair process. The role entails managing service appointments, diagnosing service needs, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure timely service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and consult with customers on service needs and vehicle issues.
  • Accurately document vehicle problems and maintenance needs.
  • Provide cost and time estimates for services requested.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to schedule services efficiently.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
  • Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion.
  • Promote additional services and maintenance offers as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

3. Sales Executive – Hino

Location: Nairobi

Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive – Hino is responsible for driving sales of Hino vehicles by identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing sales. The role requires a deep understanding of the Hino product line and a strong customer focus to ensure long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify prospective clients and generate leads through networking and field activities.
  • Present and promote Hino vehicles to existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and highlight unique selling points.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations.
  • Negotiate sales terms and finalize purchase agreements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up regularly.
  • Provide after-sales support and customer service.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and market trends.

4. Sales Executive – Tyre Department

Location: Nairobi

Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive – Tyre Department is tasked with developing and executing sales strategies for tyre products. The role involves engaging with individual and corporate customers, understanding their needs, and delivering effective tyre solutions.

  • Provide expert advice on the appropriate tyre products based on customer requirements.
