1. Property Advisor – HFDI

Department: HFDI (Housing Finance Development and Investment)

Role Summary:
The Property Advisor will play a pivotal role in expanding our real estate business through the sale of both residential and commercial plots. This role requires a results-oriented individual who can identify and close sales leads while maintaining accurate and timely sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and convert potential leads into successful sales.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Team Leader to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports for review by the management team.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and ensure excellent customer engagement.
