Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of credit policies for MSMEs

  • Provide regular performance reports to senior management

Business Systems Support Manager The Business Systems Support Manager will coordinate the maintenance and support of business applications, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction. The manager will collaborate with both internal stakeholders and third-party vendors.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
