We are currently recruiting for the role of:
HEAD OF MARKETING, BRAND, AND COMMUNICATIONS
This position offers a unique opportunity to spearhead strategic marketing and communication initiatives for one of the most respected hospitals in the region. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will lead the marketing, branding, communications, and community engagement strategy, ensuring M.P Shah Hospital maintains its stature as a trusted healthcare provider.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the hospital’s mission and long-term goals.
- Identify opportunities to expand market presence and attract new patient segments.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, radio, and outdoor platforms to grow patient engagement.
2. Brand Development and Management
- Lead the brand’s positioning efforts to reinforce M.P Shah Hospital as a premier healthcare institution.
- Ensure consistent use of branding across all departments, communications, and marketing collateral.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the hospital’s brand equity through market and stakeholder feedback.
3. Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Formulate a strong digital strategy covering social media, content marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
- Oversee the hospital’s online presence, ensuring it reflects the values and services of the hospital.
- Monitor online trends, track performance metrics, and implement cutting-edge digital marketing tools.
4. Public Relations and Communications
- Create and implement a comprehensive public relations plan that promotes hospital achievements and service offerings.
- Manage media relations, press releases, and crisis communication protocols.
- Coordinate press events, hospital milestone announcements, and public briefings.
5. Internal Communications
- Foster a culture of open communication within the hospital by developing internal messaging platforms.
- Disseminate regular updates, newsletters, and announcements to staff and clinical teams.
- Align internal messaging with the hospital’s mission and strategic goals.
6. Community Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Design and implement outreach programs that position the hospital as a health partner in the community.
- Drive awareness campaigns, health fairs, and collaborative events with local institutions and non-profits.
- Promote the hospital’s CSR initiatives such as free medical camps, educational programs, and wellness forums.
7. Market Research and Analytics
- Conduct periodic research on market trends, patient behavior, and competitor analysis.
- Use data insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Analyze patient feedback, social media metrics, and web traffic to improve communication strategy.
8. Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and mentor the marketing and communications team to meet organizational objectives.
- Set KPIs, manage team performance, and ensure continuous professional growth.
- Encourage creativity, accountability, and strategic thinking within the department.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, and corporate communications.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership or management position within healthcare or a similar sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, public relations, content development, and campaign execution.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence across various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build and sustain brand visibility, patient loyalty, and community trust.
